Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of overall account management experience in an agency environment. A background working with high-performing QSR brands is a must. Strong field marketing and/or franchisee co-op management experience is a definite plus.

What will you do?

  • Provide strategic guidance to local franchisee groups that results in fresh, exciting marketing programs and that drives store traffic
  • Own the creation of promotions, sponsorships and other tactics that are reflective of individual market demographics and capitalize on local dynamics
  • Routinely dissect business performance using sophisticated analytics to identify leverage points with which to grow annual sales volumes
  • Collaborate with a top-notch media team to plan and execute multi-million dollar campaigns
  • Spearhead agency production of TV, radio, print, merchandising, out-of-home and digital creative
  • Lead partnerships with vendors like Coca-Cola, Frito Lay and Campbell's Soup to maximize co-op funds
  • Maintain working knowledge of assigned marketing budgets

  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or related field; or related comparable work experience
  • Must be a quick learner who thinks fast on his/her feet

Responsibilities

  • Provides accurate estimating and buying of printed materials.
  • Approves billing from vendors for printed materials.
  • Coordinate with Traffic and outside vendors who for scheduling.
  • Works with the Traffic Manager to ensure timely and accurate workflow and proofreading.
  • Consults with the Senior Traffic Manager and Production Art Manager on challenging projects/jobs.
  • Works directly with Art Directors during the design phase to provide recommendations and specifications for creative.

Requirements

  • Specific job experience would ideally include:
    • Sheet-fed and digital printing
    • Multi-versioning and multi-location printing
    • Premiums
    • Production of sales literature systems
    • Production of business identity projects (letterhead, business cards, etc.)
  • Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Full understanding of 4 color process color correction and manipulation
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
