SBC ADVERTISING ALIGNS WITH OHIO TUITION TRUST AUTHORITY AS AOR

Columbus, OH (August 18, 2010) –Ohio Tuition Trust Authority (OTTA) recently named SBC Advertising as its agency of record (AOR).
